“It’s amazing how much we try not to feel — we numb, distract, and soldier on. This weekend will help you finally listen to what your emotions are trying to tell you and get support to shift those emotions that are keeping you stuck.”
Maybe you heard “don’t cry” or were praised for being tough. Maybe big feelings meant punishment or rejection. So you got good at locking it all away. The thing is: emotions don’t disappear when ignored. They keep shaping your health, your choices, your energy, and your relationships — often from the shadows! Do any of these sound like you:
Mastering your emotions is a life skill. In two days you’ll build practical capacity to access, name, and process what you feel — without getting overwhelmed — so you can respond instead of react, connect instead of close, and move through life with clarity and confidence.
Greater self‑awareness: Understand what you’re feeling – body and words.
Regulation tools: Learn step‑by‑step practices for triggers and stress.
Relationship repair: Show up calmer and clearer with partners, kids, coworkers.
Energy + health: Release what you’ve been holding so your system can reset.
• Get supported in processing unresolved emotions safely.
• Learn to access, name, and track feelings in real time so you can deal with them.
• Connect body sensations with specific emotions + meanings.
• Build capacity to work with your own and others’ emotions.
Day 1 — Access & Awareness
• Move beyond numbness or dissociation at a wise, healthy pace.
• Identify your top triggers and practice strategies to shift them.
• Experience resourcing, grounding, and nervous system regulation.
• Leave with a simple daily practice you can actually sustain.
Day 2 — Processing & Integration
Note: Day 2 focus may bleed into Day 1 depending on the readiness of the group.
Hi, I’m Robin. I’ve supported hundreds of people in processing emotions and reconnecting with their inner wisdom. I grew up in a family that didn’t know how to be with big feelings — so I learned to lock mine down and carry everyone else’s. An illness became my turning point; I had to face not only what I felt in the moment, but what I’d avoided for years. I don’t want you to wait for crisis to do this work. Do it now, with support.
My approach is gentle, grounded, and practical — weaving somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, healthy boundaries, and trauma‑informed facilitation. We’ll only go as deep as feels resourced and right for you.

What to bring

“I used to shut down at work but now I can respond without spiraling.”
“I didn’t know I could feel safe to feel. The practices were simple and powerful. I’m using them daily.”
This is a trauma‑informed educational and experiential workshop. It’s not a replacement for individualized therapy.
We’ll prioritize stabilization and resourcing. You’ll learn tools to return to center, and facilitators will support regulation in the room.
You choose what you share. We’ll never force disclosure. Safety, consent, and pacing are core to our agreements.
Yes. Numbness and dissociation are common protective patterns. We move at a pace that helps you gently reconnect without pushing.
