“Finally I felt ready to take the leap I had been afraid to take for years. And I’m sooo glad I did! My life has change so much and I’m loving it. Thank you! ”
The beginning of this year asked you to slow down.
–> You reflected on what you want.
–> You cleared emotional, mental, and energetic blocks.
–> You laid new internal groundwork.
There’s a quiet sense of readiness.
A pull toward movement.
An invitation to step forward—without forcing, rushing, or overriding yourself.
This workshop is about trusting that moment.
WHEN: DATE: Sunday, Feb 22th 9:30am–5:00pm
WHERE: Wildwood Community Center (4411 Spruce Dr SW Calgary, AB)
INVESTMENT: $222 +GST (Includes a printable Pre-work Workbook)
In-Person Healing ♦ Trauma‑informed ♦ Experiential
The date 2.22 carries the energy of alignment, balance, partnership, and faith in the unseen.
It reminds us that growth doesn’t happen through effort alone—but through cooperation with timing, intuition, and support.
At the same time, we are entering the energy of the Fire Horse—a symbol of courage, momentum, creative force, and forward movement.
Together, these energies invite a very specific kind of action:
Movement that is aligned.
Momentum that is embodied.
Action that comes from trust—not fear.
After clearing old patterns, many people don’t feel stuck—but they do feel cautious.
They ask:
Trust the Unfolding is designed for this exact moment.
“I didn’t know I could trust like this again.”
This one-day, in-person experience will support you to:
✨ Trust the timing of your relationships and creative projects
✨ Strengthen self-trust as you step into new expressions of your work and purpose
✨ Move forward without forcing outcomes or needing certainty
✨ Work with your body and nervous system to support safe expansion
✨ Release fear around visibility, intimacy, and momentum
✨ Align action with intuition rather than urgency
✨ Integrate the inner work you’ve already done into lived experience

Hi, I’m Robin. I’ve supported hundreds of people in processing emotions and reconnecting with their inner wisdom. I grew up in a family that didn’t know how to be with big feelings — so I learned to lock mine down and carry everyone else’s. An illness became my turning point; I had to face not only what I felt in the moment, but what I’d avoided for years. I don’t want you to wait for crisis to do this work. Do it now, with support.
My approach is gentle, grounded, and practical — weaving somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, healthy boundaries, and trauma‑informed facilitation. We’ll only go as deep as feels resourced and right for you.

What to bring
“This workshop helped me stop rushing myself. I left with a deep sense of trust—like I don’t need to force the next step anymore. Things are already unfolding, and I finally feel safe to move with them.”
“I noticed immediate changes in how I relate—to my body, my work, and the people closest to me. I’m showing up with more presence and less urgency. The movement forward feels natural instead of stressful.”
“I came in feeling ready but hesitant. I left grounded, clear, and confident in my next steps—even without having everything figured out. This experience gave me permission to trust myself and begin.”
This is a trauma‑informed educational and experiential workshop. It’s not a replacement for individualized therapy.
We’ll prioritize stabilization and resourcing. You’ll learn tools to return to center, and facilitators will support regulation in the room.
You choose what you share. We’ll never force disclosure. Safety, consent, and pacing are core to our agreements.
Yes. Numbness and dissociation are common protective patterns. We move at a pace that helps you gently reconnect without pushing.
